Richly regal jewel tones are sure to make a decidedly decadent and colorful statement. How do we take this trend from catwalk to sidewalk? Try this quick tip: Apply a highly-pigmented matte shadow on top of your favorite gel liner for a touch of bold color. Use a stippling technique with a stiff, thin brush, “dotting” the color onto the top of your liner right next to lash line on top of your lid.
