The Makeup Colors of SPRING

Inspired by blooming flowers, travels abroad and strong, confident women! According to Pantone's Color Report for Spring 2014, designers use color to refresh, revive and defy conventional wisdom. Soft pastels paired with vivid brights will be on trend this season.

Try these 3 tips for a fresh new look:

1. A sheer wash of color from lash line to brow with pastel shadow is a new alternative to the traditional smoky eye. Charisma Skin’s new
